Had bountiful and savoury breakfasts for all nationalities. Appreciated my double room with all equipment, a nice view, for example. The location was comfortable and easy, not too far away from a wide canal. The area was lovely near a lovely canal where there was akways a breeze in the very hot summer, the bus station, train station and also the water bus station, and all public transport.

We had a cozy family room with a comfy queen bed and sofa bed. It was a great size, nicely decorated, and surprisingly quiet despite the busy holiday season outside. The air conditioning worked really well too! Loved having that back garden view-reminded me of a little escape in the middle of Venice. Just a warm, relaxing space to come back to after exploring the city.

I loved that it was just a short walk to St Mark's Square and the peaceful gardens, made my weekend exploring so enjoyable. The charming staff really added to the overall experience.

The location is less than a 2 minute walk from the bus station. We just finished a cruise and it was an easy taxi ride from the cruise terminal. That same bus station has a direct bus to the Marco Polo airport. The room was beautiful and breakfast was excellent.

I was surprised with the a double room. The bathroom was large and the beds great.

The breakfast buffet for 5 euros extra is very varied by Italian standards. Two somewhat overzealous ladies constantly provide for supplies. In front of the house at the canal it is not recommended, because the pigeons are annoying. But indoors or in the beautiful backyard garden perfect. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception are very attentive and friendly.

i travel quite often and most of the time to Italy, to avoid loosing time in the morning especially on early leaving I always take invoices evening before departure, in this hotel i was told that in Italy this is impossible, I think this is true only in venice and only in this hotel. Of course next day 5:30 am in the morning when I wanted to get an invoice the next guy on reception told me I should request this an evening before, thanks a lot!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, I stayed there only 1 night, but they left a bottle of prosecco with chocolate, because of my birthday. The location is good because the vaporetto and bus station is near, easy to get the center.
